At Celestial Seasonings, we want you to be completely satisfied with your tea experience; if you are unhappy with your order, we offer returns on unopened items within 30 days of purchase. Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we cannot accept returns on opened boxes, but we are happy to assist with quality concerns.

Return Process

  Contact Support

  Email our customer care team with your order number and details regarding the items you wish to return or replace.

  Verification

  Wait for our team to review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the unopened tea boxes in their original packaging and clearly mark the outside of the parcel with your RMA number.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the returned goods, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
